What you have is called a diatonic accordion. The baste models had the third row of "helper" notes to allow playing in other keys.

Organiser Suzie McGinney said: "I've never taken part before, this is the first event in my life that I'm planning and I'm very impassioned."
Suzie only discovered Thrill the World by accident when she was bored at home. A quick browse online saw her discovering a video of the moves that she lickety-split mastered.
The 26-year-old, who works at Troon's Marine Hotel, said: "I brainstorm this is the chance to do something I've always wanted to do. When I looked at the video I was amazed by how easy it was and in a day I had mastered it. I saw how many other people raised greenbacks for charity through it so thought I'd give it a go."
