I've seen Potent Mite and Diesel brand guitar parts for sale on the web and on eBay - necks, pickups etc. Are these companies worth buying from? Are their parts any fair?

Big Mite is a great place to get parts. I've ordered and used many of their products. Also, All Parts and Stew Mac are great companies that have quality products.

if i got a lets say a 300 dollar ibanez and bought a association from a 1000 dollar ibanez guitar, could i take the parts from the 300 dollar guitar, and switch them? what about through different brands? like ibanez parts into a gibson?

As desire as the pickup types are the same (Single Coil to Single, Humbucker to Hum.) The Tuner holes might have to be re drilled. And The rest might have to be modified slenderize. But yes. All guitar parts for the most part are interchangable....

www.911tabs.com another good one searches all other sites for guitar tabs. Also 911 tabs has a well-behaved chance to find tabs for other instruments
