I just got a chromatic harmonica, and I'm looking for a note chart that clearly explains the notes drawn from each space, blown in/out, with the slide in/out. Anyone know where I can find one? Quick Google searches are coming up empty.

Its a plastic harmonica I just bought to try it out. Its a Hohner though.
But I kinda feel its not a bluesy scale like a Diatonic. I want it to be a Diatonic but if i blow and draw into each note one by one it sounds like a C major...
It is probably a diatonic - in C - which means you can play a c major scale on it - when you blow in you get a C major chord, when you draw you get (roughly) a G9 chord (with no G).
To make it sound 'blusey' you need to use it...
I just recently got a 12 hole super chromonica M Hohner crhromatic harmonica and I am having trouble finding my notes can someone explain to me how it works ?
Step 1:
Hold the harmonica firmly in your left hand with the first hole (the lowest note) on your left side.
Step 2:
Place your left index finger on the upper part of the instrument and your thumb along the bottom.

Melodious tunes will ring at the Asia Pacific Harmonica Festival. This festival-cum-competition is being held at Singapore from July 29 to August 2, with acknowledged masters of the instrument participating both in the festivities as well as the competitions. So far, nobody from India has ever qualified, but for the first time, three schoolgirls from Pune В– Arya Diwase, Ritu Nair and Shamira Dharap В– will represent India in the 'Chromatic Harmonica' category.
For the uninitiated, the harmonica was developed in Europe in the nineteenth century, and is commonly called the mouth organ or the French horn. This instrument fits in with multiple musical genres, like blues, rock and roll and jazz, and many famous personalities are associated with it В– Abraham Lincoln used to carry one in his pocket. And now, Arya, Ritu and Shamira are trudging towards the path of fame by hoping to win the competition and making the country proud.
