You can get them mail order for the same price you pay in a music store and save gas. That is to say, same price with postage figured in. A music store won't let you blow into a wind instrument anyhow.

you can try using sand paper to smooth the edges although that might not be the problem. If you are cutting your lips then maybe it is your technique. You can also try Lee Oscar harmonicas
Well it depends on what kind of music you are playing, and you didnt mention which key you already have. If playing the blues, common keys for the harp would be C and A.
