I recently bought two Hohner Pelagic Band harmonicas and I have to say I am in love with them. The only problem is, like most Marine Band owners, they keep cutting my lips. Is there any way to taboo this without taking the instrument apart and...

Well it depends on what sort of music you are playing, and you didnt mention which key you already have. If playing the blues, common keys for the harp would be C and A.
I'm prosperous to buy a harmonica (for playing Bob Dylan songs and the like), and I'm wondering which one I should get. The Hohner Marine Band 364 is $10 more than the Lee Oskar, but is it that much wagerer?
Not richer reconsider, just different. Lee Oskars tend to have a brighter sound than the Marine Band. I'd lean towards a Marine group if you were doing a lot of blues but a Lee Oskar would certainly fit some folksy Dylan stuff. Also, I've never...

Symphony POPS concerts feature 'Godfather of Iowa blues'
Patrick Hazell, referred to by many as “The Godfather of Iowa Blues,” was inducted into the Iowa Blues Foyer of Fame and the Iowa Music Association Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame in 2007.
His repertoire includes timing and blues standards, as well as original compositions delivered with a spontaneous performance suited to each particular setting. An authorized endorsee of Hohner harmonicas, he is considered by many to be one of the finest and most creative harmonica players in the music world.
He also sings and plays drums, saxophone and piano. As a “one man affiliate,” he has toured in Europe, South America and Russia. Many of his 36 recordings have had significant airplay, both regionally and nationally, and he has been the substance of news articles and television/radio broadcasts throughout his career.
For the 2009 Pops, Hazell and the SEISO will provide special arrangements of all time favorites such as “Georgia” by Hogie Carmichael, Gershwin’s “Summertime” and Autry’s “Mississippi Valley Blues.” Also to be performed are some of Hazell’s actual pieces: “Late Again Tonight,” “One Summer Night,” “Back Country Blues” and “Mississippi Mama.”
