If it is an old Tube Organ it could be the tubes, if it is a newer organ you may have dirty pots. You can try to clean the volume control with tuner cleaner from Radio Shack, just a short blast and then move the control back and forth. It could...

I have a "KIMBALL DELUXE SWINGER 300 ELECTRIC ORGAN" with 37 keys on top and the same on the bottom. If anybody can help me out, I'd appreciate it.
most organs of this type use a set of 12 master generators to generate the pitches, on for each note on the keyboard (c, c-sharp, d, d-sharp, etc.) and a set of divider networks to derive the specific pitches for each individual key in each pitch, so

If you read about synthesiser technology, it dosent credit anything untill the late 1960's however i know the had " electric organs " in the 30's and 40's. wats the difference?
You're right that electric organs were around in the 30's and 40's. Mr Hammond built some of the very first successful models back then.
The main difference in the technology was that with an early electric organ, you had basic...

The organ cables just run directly into the speaker. I would like to know if theres a way to make a direct line out with a 1/4 inch guitar cable so I could use effects on the organ or make it louder through an amp.
It is possible, but more info is needed to determine how.
Some organs had an amplifier inside the speaker cabinet. If so, the signal can be interrupted before the speaker cabinet and fed into a different amp. If the amp is inside...
I don't know how to play a piano or organ not sure what kind of lessons to take first. And does anyone know of a good teacher in st. louis MO?
It's possible to start right away with organ lessons, but I'd recommend taking piano lessons first, especially if you are relatively new to learning music. Usually people start organ lessons once they've attained an intermediate level of keyboard...

Back taxes paid from lottery winnings
Q: I was told that if you win money from the lottery, they will pay off your bills. Does that pertain to the scratch-off tickets, too? How much money do you have to win for them to do that? If you don't have enough bills for the money, where does the rest of the money go? - B.C., Hope Mills
A: It sounds like whoever told you this got the wrong end of the stick.
Bill-paying isn't an automatic part of lottery prizes, but debt collection is. Any lottery win that exceeds $600 - and that includes winnings from scratch-off tickets - has to be cashed in at one of the state's lottery offices. Those winners have their names checked against a list of outstanding debts, mostly taxes and child support. Anything owed by the winner is deducted from the lottery prize and the winner gets what's left, if anything.
Lottery wins of less than $600 can be collected from any lottery retailer and aren't subject to the debt check. - G.P.
