Yeah, I know that when Kooper originally played the organ part it did not have sheet music, but I figure that based on that song's popularity someone must have transcribed it at some point.

It was performed by Gordon Lightfoot. Thanks.
The song was written in 1976 after the ship sank the year before. Therefore, it is still under copyright and there is no way to get sheet music for free.
The only possibility you might have would be to find it in a library....

Like the stuff they play at Fenway Park.
Oh please.... I was hoping that tripe was dying off with the ancient people that played it. Please let it die. I'd rather listen to the sounds made by stretching guitar strings across a pig's butt.

Into the woods: Baroque festival performance showcases Boomeria's 131-year-old ...
Maintaining a 2,500-pipe organ in a chapel surrounded by redwoods can get hairy.
"If the pipes don't play, it's usually because there's a baby bat in them," owner Preston Boomer says, displaying a 1-inch furry critter in his palm. "You pull off the bottom and go: Poof! Everybody out!'"
Animals will hopefully be dislodged from the 131-year-old organ for Saturday's Boomeria Organ Extravaganza, a fundraiser for the Santa Cruz Baroque Festival. Organists will perform pieces by composers such as Georg Philipp Telemann, Nicolaus Bruhns and César Franck.
Getting to the organ's location of Boomeria is no easy feat. Tucked away in the mountains of Bonny Doon, the shaded acreage is enclosed in a tall redwood fence. A large watchtower overlooks the entrance, a doorbell with a "please ring" sign attached to the gate. With the push of a button, a large buzzer sounds and Boomer's voice, quite literally, booms out: "Who goes there?"
Despite the high-security semblance, the gate opens with a gentle push, revealing a rectangular pool bordered with benches and chairs leading to the house. "Boom," as he is known, walks out of the front door and hits a 3-foot-wide gong with a mallet, the sound reverberating long after he walks away.
