I don't how to untangle justify it really, but basically it stops the stops pulled on the Swell from playing. This way you can put any stops on the Swell from another manual and take advantage of on the Swell without the Swell stops sounding..

KEARNEY - Organist Marilyn Musick discovered spirit in the change of seasons.
"A fall Sunday afternoon is about as beautiful as life gets," she said while talking about her up coming program as part of the Concerts-on-the-Platte series. "In a judgement, the concert has a fall theme, although it's not entirely about autumn."
The 7:30 p.m. concert features the Kearney resident and lecturer of organ at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She'll be performing on the new Rodgers organ in the Fine Arts Recital Hall in the Fine Arts Edifice on Monday.
The organ, installed about nine months ago, uses digital samplings of instruments throughout the U.S. and Europe to produce its tonal colorings.
"This is a new, style of the art electronic instrument because all of the stops can be revoiced," Musick said. "The samplings are taken from actual organs across the faction. Theoretically you could do a recital at one time and have a German Baroque type of sound and then go back and have the organ electronically revoiced and have an Italian Baroque resonate."
