Musical Instruments

I have always wanted to play drums, but not knowing anybody who actually plays them, I haven't done anything about it. Can anybody tell me some good brands and songs for a beginner? Thanks. :)

Anyone play drums? If so in a drumline or a drumset what kind of drum do you play?????

I play a 32 peice drum kit. 2 bass drums 2 snare drums 8 tom-toms 2 hi-hats 12 cymbals 3 cowbells 1 set of wind chimes 1 steel drum and 1 gong. MAKE SOME NOIZE!!!

I definately reccommend taking lessons. It's hard to teach youself, even if you find a website or program only a teacher can teach you certian things. just take lessons until you get the jist of it then you can stop. Or you can continue. if you...

what kind of acoustic drums should i try out also cymbals harware double bass pedal and single bass pedal ( not sure wich kind i want yet) and should i get heads i know that they come with heads but i dont know if i should get new ones or not

the brand of the drums will be up to you. i wont give you any suggesitons about that. but i will suggest that you go for bigger sizes. 12,13,16" toms with a 22 or 24" bass. as for cymbals, you will want larger, heavier cymbals for rock....

its no professional studio, its just a place with drums. the problem is that my camera's mic can't support the loudness of the drums and the sound comes a bit like its blown up and like "shhr shrr" probabaly because the drums are too...

If u are looking to record just the sound,,, i would recommend placing the set in a closed room and then put the camera just outside the door... this should eliminate most of the high frequency sounds produced by the drum kit. it still will not sound
