is there such thing that when your with a person you can send "vibes" to that person ?? like for example... you like this person and your talking .so your like " he/she has nice lips,i wanna kiss them" something like that...and...

a vibe isnt a move.
its an instinct/chemistry you get about the person youre with.
you cant exactly "send" vibes because a vibe is how a person thinks of you.

I think when people refer to "bad vibes" they mean bad first impressions, or they got the feeling that a person just didn't like them. I seriously doubt you can emotionally hurt a person thousands of miles away.
